Shawn L. Werner, M.A. is co-founder and senior consultant for BRIGHTideas Consulting Services. She is an organizational communication specialist, certified mediator, StrengthsFinder® coach, and trainer in Crucial Conversations®, Crucial Accountability®, and Emotional Intelligence(EI). Shawn facilitates workshops, leads team building events, and coaches employees on communication and leadership skills.
With more than 15 years experience in the field, Shawn has facilitated hundreds of workshops and coached more than 150 individuals on issues related to communication success in the workplace. She has also taught courses for the Department of Communication Studies at New Mexico State University (NMSU) since 2006, including organizational communication, small group communication, conflict management, and persuasion. She recently contributed a section on organizational conflict management to the book, Human Communication in Action (Armfield & Morgan, 2019).

Marco A. Viramontes is co-founder and senior organizational consultant for BRIGHTideas Consulting Services. He coaches employees on topics such as how to build a business, customer service, sales, and communication and leadership skills.
He has worked as a successful manager and leader in the field of sales and finance for more than 15 years. From 2009-2017, Marco worked for Rudolph Imports in El Paso, Texas both as the General Manger (GM) of Rudolph Honda, Mazda, and Volkswagen and previously as a Finance Director and Manager. Prior to that he owned and managed his own mortgage business.
Over the years, Marco has coached hundreds of employees on effective sales, marketing and customer relations and has seen many people benefit from his mentorship and coaching.
